Immigrants who are unemployed and who cannot access Government of Canada services in English or French may come to the Centre for Newcomers for assistance in filling out an Employment Insurance application.

Service is on a first-come, first-served basis, and no appointment is necessary; however, you must come to the Centre on the appropriate day for the language you prefer, as follows:
