Youth Career Fair
A visit to YEC Job Fair at Stampede Grounds. Meet at Centre for Newcomers at 1:00 pm on April 14 and the group will catch a bus to Stampede Grounds shortly after.

Basic Income Tax Preparation

Low-income immigrants can come and get their Income Tax return forms filled free of cost on certain weekends of March and April. Volunteers trained by the representatives from Revenue Canada will assist the newcomers.

For New Immigrants and Refugees

EthniCity Catering is a social enterprise of the Centre for Newcomers that caters multi-ethnic food to Calgary customers.  This program provides paid transitional employment experience to newcomers.
