Temporary Foreign Workers

Are you a temporary foreign worker?  Do you need information to help you adapt in Alberta?  The Temporary Foreign Worker Services will provide you with information and orientation.

What services are available?

• Assistance in identifying and finding what you need
• Referral to community services and opportunities

How will you benefit?

• Learn about your rights and responsibilities as a Temporary Foreign Worker.
• Find informatio on housing, finances and community resources.
• Extend your network of connections in Alberta

Is this only in Calgary?

• In addition to Calgary, orientation sessions are conducted periodically in Airdrie, Strathmore, Cochrane, Canmore and Banff.

Do you qualify?

• Must have a Work Permit issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
