Volunteer Opportunities

Are you looking for opportunities to get involved? The Centre's Volunteer Development Program is a way to contribute in the community in a meaningful way. Both newcomers and more established Canadians are welcome to participate.

Consider English Language tutoring, assisting with childcare, administrative support, newcomer support services, literacy tutoring, or assisting with event planning.

Regular orientation sessions take place every Tuesday, from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at the Centre for Newcomers. Call (403) 569-3325 to register and to confirm session dates.
