YOUTH QUEST

Are you an immigrant youth between 15 and 30? Struggling to connect to the community, at risk of criminal involvement or gang involvement? Want to create some change in your life? We have a program for you.

Make an appointment by calling (403) 569-3325, or come to the Centre.

What the service offers

  • A full-time 12-week program.
  • Learn life skills and how this can help you connect in relationships, get a job or go back to school.
  • Explore your employment skills and get what you want in life.
  • Participate in outdoor challenges and community service to heighten your teamwork skills and build self confidence.
  • Earn an hourly wage.

How will you benefit?

  • Make a plan and step forward in life.
  • Receive encouragement and support to achieve your goals.
  • Get to know your education and employment skills and options.
  • Get experience and references for your resume.

YOUTH POSSIBILITIES PROGRAM

Are you an immigrant youth between 17 -30 years of age? Are you underemployed or unemployed and not currently in school? We have a program open for Canadian citizens or permanent residents, who are not receiving or eligible for EI benefits

What the service offers

  • A 12-week program.
  • Hourly wage for attendance.
  • Canadian job reference.
  • Development of career path.

How will you benefit?

  • Become aware of your skills and career options.
  • Get experience to put on your resume.
  • Make a career plan and take step forward in your life.
