CFN's Get Into Work Experience program is geared towards youth ages 18 to 30 years old, experiencing barriers to enter the labour market, with no or limited work experience. It provides young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) with the opportunity to gain employability skills and Canadian work experience in the hospitality industry.

• 3-week training in hospitality industry with work experience component

• Work placement

• 3 months follow-up support and employment connection
