CUSTOMER SERVICE CARES (CSC) Training is for you if you are:

 

• A newcomer with CLB 3-5, unemployed or under-employed, eligible to work in Canada;

• Looking for a customer service job in retail or warehouse and needs help with job search;

• Can commit to a 4-week training;

• Not currently on Employment Insurance (EI).

Services include:

 

• 4-week training (5 hours daily, Monday to Friday) focused on:

• Learning Customer Service language skills

• Job Search skills

• Job Shadowing at WINS thrift stores

• Job Placement support in Retail and Warehouse occupations
