THERAPEUTIC STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

The online workshop would focus on stress management in relation to our thoughts and emotions, examine our different thought process and provide CBT approaches in dealing with stress.

The purpose of this presentation is to help participants manage stress associated with demanding jobs, transitioning back to in-person services, and daily life.

EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

EthniCity Catering and Café is a non-profit social enterprise at the Centre for Newcomers that provides paid Canadian work experience and training for immigrants and refugees. It provides 10-12 weeks of online and in-person training. Trainees gain hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen, improve communication skills and increase customer service understanding during the program.
