The Arabic, English and Tigrinya English Literacy Classes will help adult learners improve their first language and English literacy skills. Research shows that learners who understand the basics of reading and writing in their first language will do better learning to read and write in a second language. 

 

Classes will have first language and English activities based on learner needs and goals. The classes are for permanent resident, refugee, or Canadian citizen.
